Synchronization records
Generally transferred / synchronized always thouse records where the user is registered as the owner in SugarCRM. If meetings are also transmitted, meetings where the user is listed as invitee or participant are listed too. If the record was already synchronized, it is only updated in SugarCRM or MS Outlook, depending on where the record is up to date.
Synchronize contacts, appointments and tasks are carried out bilaterally between Microsoft Outlook and SugarCRM, email synchronization is unidirectional from Microsoft Outlook into SugarCRM.
During synchronization a window is displayed informing about the state of synchronization called. “Status”. This window displays information about the deleted / created / updated records during synchronization. The ongoing synchronization can be interrupted by clicking on the “Cancel” button in the status.
Context menu
For faster work with the plugin you can also use the context menu entries by type contact / email / task. This eliminates the need to open the detail contact / email / task and then perform the desired operation through ACMARK panel for the detail of the record.
