In Microsoft Outlook open meetings detail, the menu in ACMARK panel changes to menu options for the meeting.

Panel detail at the meeting offers the following options:

• Synchronize meetings – synchronizes the selected meeting into SugarCRM. About synchronization result you are informed in dialog box.
• Open meeting in SugarCRM – if you click on this button to open, the meeting is shown in SugarCRM. If you do not do SugarCRM synchronized so it first synchronize to SugarCRM and then opens at a preset browser.
• Status – can take values Planned, took place and not took place. This condition is read from SugarCRM and after a change in Microsoft Outlook It can also be transferred to SugarCRM and vice versa.

The meeting will be in sync automatically assigned by contacts (contacts) to record Companies (Accounts). Being chosen first contact of the company that is included in Microsoft Outlook.
