Function “Sync contacts” is used whenever you want to transfer or synchronize changes to the contact in SugarCRM.

This function is used only a single contact!

The function is accessible from the detail or context menu of Contact.

To call a function of the contact details you must show this in detail click on the “Sync contacts” or contacts list and select one, and in the context menu by clicking the right mouse button, select the same option.

1. After clicking on this, function is called with SugarCRM and searches by email or ID Contacts in CRM

2. And second, if the contact is not found established thereby forming:

a. Contact

b. The company – the company is compared using the brand name. Company Name compares whole and therefore it is really filling in the name exact or duplicates will be created!

3. After synchronization is complete, you will be informed.
