Function “Connect contacts with SugarCRM” is used when:

• you have more same emails in CRM database
• you do not have a contact email at all or
• has the same contact multiple users in Microsoft Outlook, but CRM is only one.

Then you can choose which contacts in Microsoft Outlook are bind on contact in SugarCRM.

Linked contacts are then used to synchronize data on contact.

How to connect Contacts?

1. If you click on “Link to SugarCRM contact” than a dialog box opens.
2. In the dialog box, complete name of the contact and click Search.
3. After the Contacts list is displayed and you can select the desired and in detail contact it displays contact information from SugarCRM.
4. Then click on the Link contacts and from SugarCRM into Microsoft Outlook complement ID and contacts are connected.
